(Power Factor Improvement) Plant
Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Plant with power Capacitor Banks, Magnetic AC Contactors, High Rupturing Cartridge (HRC) Fuses which are imported from Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Japan and Korea are manufactured.
PFI Plant is used to improve the power factor of the inductive loads in the electrical network by Capacitor Banks. The capacitors are of low losses and with inbuilt discharge resistor. The use of appropriate rating of PFI Plant reduces undesirable wastage of power. All control & indicating devices are located on the front door of the panel for easy viewing & operating.

Synchronizing as we know is important from the point of view that how loads sharing between different unit’s takes place and load transfer during the maintenance is important. Panels require two or more different sources of power likewise between DG SETS and the main GRID. Synchronizing panel is used where one DG set synchronizing with two or more DG set when mains fail all DG start at a time but after some time one will be on & other will be stop as per load demand .When load increased above 70% of the total load the 2nd dg will be start & it synchronies with first one & total load was distributed equally On that two DG set & this process will go on. During low load we can run any single unit, and synchronize more units as the load increases. This can be manual or automatic.

Auto Transfer Switch
(Auto Transfer Switch) Transfers load from main supply to generator or main supply according to operational sequence as programmed. These Panels can also be supplied with manual over ride system.
Auto Main Failure
(Auto Main Failure) This system consists of microprocessor based control module, to monitor the presence of city power and enables switching device to start the generator in case of power failure in a specified time as programmed.
